Scrap Whispers Blog Hop Spotlighting Sarah Higgins
This week on Scrap Whispers Blog Hop we are spotlighting Sarah Higgins. While looking through her gallery I was amazed at her mulitple picture layouts. Such cute layouts and beautiful children! I truly had a difficult time chosing which layout to scrap, since I rarely scrap multiple picture. So I must admit, it was a challenge! I finally decided to scraplift this beautiful layout of Sarah's.
