Blog Hop Tutorial

Thanks for joining us in Scrap Whispers monthly tutorial again! Rosey has an awesome tutorial about using left-over alpha's. I used some left-over chipboard letters which I've had for years and I finally took out my smooch mist which I hardly use.

Visit our DT and see what they came up with!

Scrap Whispers Tutorial Blog hop

For this months Scrap Whispers tutorial blog hop I'm bringing you an altered compositon notebook tutorial. I altered a composition notebook using different techniques such as left over scraps and alphas. Instead of using a sewing machine or hand stitching I faux stitched the edge of the notebook with a thin sharpie pen.

Don't forget to visit our DT and leave them some love. Should you decide to join us link us to your creation.

Scrap Whispers DT Blog hop

Hello and thank you for joining us on this months Design Team tutorial and blog hop brought to you by yours truly! These days banners are used for all occasions. When my girls were little I used to buy the matching banners for their birthday patterns. Now I enjoy making them for my girl’s birthdays, holidays and seasons. Everyone has their own style. There are endless possibilities to the embellishments we can use. Not only are banners festive, but we can also use them as embellishments on our layouts. They can be elaborate or simple. Here are a few pictures of the banners I’ve made:

Valentine's Day Banner

Spring Banner

Amber's Birthday Banner

Kim's party cake banner is a bit different, instead of making a big banner I made a small banner for her birthday cake.

Now head on over to our DT blogs to check out what they did. Remember to start at the Scrap Whispers blog. Have fun, happy blog hopping and if you decide to join us please link us to your creation at the Scrap Whispers Blog so your name will be added into the February prize draw.
